Munday's Thought - 22nd October

One year ago!! I started on this amazing journey to open this hotel.

Now look at us now, a proper trading hotel looking after our guests.

On Monday we had our first official visit from the local fire brigade to ensure we are full compliant. Safety goes hand in hand with great hotels. Safety is never compromised.

Tuesday and Wednesday were taken up with meetings followed by a great evening on Thursday out for dinner in Newcastle. On Thursday day I had a photo shoot as I have been asked to take part in a debate regarding the hospitality industry. I will be talking about the need to always maintain great levels of guest service.

On Friday we welcomed 60 men from Norway, they clearly came with the intention to drink as much as possible and quickly as possible, happy to report they achieved both!

I worked on Saturday before travelling to Liverpool on Sunday night to catch up with family.

Our xmas bookings are going really well so don’t delay in calling.
